Wellness Partner Updates – Jan/Feb 2022

Black History Month Wellness Resources An upcoming page going live on GatorCare Wellness website. In the meantime, complete the online form “What does Black History Month mean to you?”

Healthy Lifestyle Program – Register for one of two live series starting on Feb. 1 and Feb. 3. Each series features six weekly 45-minute sessions that explore ways to create a healthy lifestyle — including goal setting, physical activity, nutrition, energy balance, stress management and resilience.

Take 10 – The Take 10 campaign has a very simple motive: Take 10 minutes at 10:00 a.m. every day to be mindful of your health and wellness. This can look very different for everyone, but the benefits are limitless. Find a listed a few catered suggestions in the program page.

One-on-One Health Coaching – All available slots are booked, but a waitlist is available to be notified when new sessions are made available.

UF Mindfulness 360 – Now – April 25; on Zoom. Join the UF Mindfulness faculty team each Monday at 5:30 p.m. for a digital practice in mindfulness. Topics include mindfulness and rest, self-care, compassion, nature, and more.

Walker Tracker – Create your own challenges via the app or webpage! Create an account to participate.
