myACS V2 Information
We are pleased to release myACS V2. As many of you are aware, we are working on completing our RFID implementation for census tracking. All of our facilities will be using myACS V2 for April 2008 billing.
Now that myACS V2 is now in full production, all chartfield changes must be entered in myACS V2. ACS has migrated all of the chartfields to the new version so that you do not need to re-enter them. Invoices prior to myACS V2 will still be available in the original version of myACS, which can be accessed by clicking here.
Any new user requests must be sent to the the acs administrative office, and they will add the users to the account. Please make sure to have the investigator contact the administrative office directly, because they need to give permission to have their account accessed by additional individuals.
Some new features available in myACS V2 include:

Real-Time census is available online. |

Invoicing provides detail all the way to the cage level |

Full histories of cage cards are available |

Real-Time cage card removal's now performed by your labs. |
Please note that the breeding database will not be migrated over to the new system until we are complete with the census and financial migration. You can still access breeding records in the old system.
